I want to set up discount offers:
Weekly discount
Monthly discount
Last-minute discount
Early bird discount (6 months before arrival)
Do you have any suggestions or ideas about this?
Hi @Tayeb14,
That’s a great idea! Offering discounts can really help boost your booking rate, especially in competitive markets.
Here are a few suggestions for setting up your discounts:
Weekly Discount: A 10–15% discount is usually attractive for guests staying 7+ nights.
Monthly Discount: You can offer 20–30% depending on your base price and seasonality.
Last-Minute Discount: Consider offering 10–20% off for bookings made within 7 days of check-in — it helps fill empty calendar gaps.
Early Bird Discount: A 10–15% discount for bookings made at least 6 months in advance is a smart move, especially if you have consistent demand or host seasonal travelers.
Make sure your discounts still allow you to cover costs, and consider adjusting them based on demand, season, and length of stay.
Good luck, and let us know how it works out!

Thank you very much for these suggestions.
I would also consider Custom Promotions and Discounts:

Use caution as Last Minute & Early Bird Discounts will "stack" on top of some other discounts if the reservation period applies. We don't use Last Minute and Early Bird Discounts for this reason.
Important note — great, thank you for this!
