We have been hosting and using AirBnb for years. This week we rented an apartment in Rome, which left us very disappointed for its condition and cleanliness. Listing was described as fully renovated when it was the exact opposite. We moved out after the first night. Support contacted the host and is refusing any refund or compensation. Any advice on what else we can do beyond constructive feedback. In hindsight when reading between the lines in the few reviews the unit had, we might have been able to anticipate the issues.
