Incorrect guests number booking

Dear Airbnb community members,
It has been a long time since I posted a message in our community platform,
I really have a lot of issues about guests number!!
The booking for our 6 beds house is always 2 or 3 guests but the real number for guests resides in the house is always 5-6, using all facilities with subsequent high racketing bills for electricity, water and gas together with piles of garbage and dirty house. I tend to refuse these bookings and set minimum guests number 5, I think it’s best to communicate regarding this issue.

@Salwa31 another possibility you could consider is having two listings. The first with. 3 bedrooms and the second with 6. By locking the unused rooms you reduce costs and also solve the issue of too many people turning up. Just watch out that you are not making the property unsafe by locking a means of escape

I did before and put it clearly in our airbnb booking rules that the rooms will be open according to guests number but I had arguments with guests telling that each needs one separate room and they complained to airbnb. It was really a bad experience.That is why now I refuse less than 5. The problem is that I don't get a lot of booking cause  I reject requests but other hosts accept it. I know and they admit that they will be with 5-6 guests but they say that it's expensive. My house is rated 4.67 star and cheapest in our region! 

Don't know what to do!!
