Initial payment problem

Hello everyone or anyone, I’m trying to book an house on Airbnb using gift card balance. So My gift card balance lowers the the price of the house on the initial payment. But when I tried to pay the remaining balance with my chime card, it does not go through. Has anyone came across this problem ?

What is a chime card? Is it a credit card?

That could be the issue....I would try a credit card if you can.
