As you are a new host, i suggest not to start with "long term stays".

Also your "new listing special offer" will apply on the long term stay.
Looked at your listing:
I strongly suggest to add the "noparties" rule and also some additional houserules
Hello @Lorena1123
This is an enquiry and not a trip request so you just have to reply to this person as quickly as possible to maintain your response time. Monthly stays are different to short stays and your cancellation policy will be different.
This enquiry may just be a way for this guest to obtain a visa or get you to go off platform. You may find in the next message, a hidden phone number within the text message. A red flag. So just reply back to this guest and ask as many questions as you like to this guest and another red flag would be their profil. Is this a brand new profil with no previous stays?
Accepting a long stay is not the best idea for new guests as your listing is promoted by Airbnb for a short while so that you get as many great reviews in the shortest amount of time possible. Accepting a long term guest will cancel out that possibility.
Also read the guide below on what is expected from a host when they receive an enquiry versus a trip request:

Come back if you have any questions!
Best of luck

Hi @Lorena1123 - excellent advice given and I would implement suggestions ASAP.
In addition you have 'commercial photography allowed'.
I would NOT have this allowed - this would include adult filming. There is the potential for equipment etc that can be damaging to a property that you are now allowing, and other related ideas here.
I would change this setting asapl
A monthly inquiry just means someone is interested in staying 28 nights or more. Nothing scary about it it works the same as any other booking request, you just get to review it and decide before accepting. But also the things others said be careful with the month long booking and firstly get comfortable so ask whatever questions deem appropriate.
One thing worth checking before you respond: go into your pricing settings and see if you have a monthly discount set up. Airbnb lets you offer a % off for longer stays, and a lot of new listings have a default discount applied without hosts realising it. Make sure whatever price they're seeing actually makes sense for you. Also think about whether your space works for someone living there for a month things like laundry access, kitchen setup, and WiFi matter a lot more when it's not just a weekend trip. If it all checks out, go for it, long stays are great for consistent income and way fewer turnovers.
