Is anyone else having issues with Custom Promotions?

Tried to add a custom promotion on one of my listings but the option to do so doesn't see to be there anymore. Anyone else having issues? I do use a channel manager

Hi. You are not alone I am also having an issue with custom promotions on all my listings. Have you contacted customer care? I feel like if more of us raise this issu it will be dealt with faster. They keep on saying that we don't meet the criteria but I doubt the whole world of hosts isn't meeting the criteria.

I've got a response - it is a known issue and Airbnb are addressing it

Multiple Hosts have contacted CS reporting this issue and have received different responses from different Reps as to why there is an issue. Here are some of the responses from CS so far that Hosts have received:

 

  1. "Custom Promotions Were Deleted By Recent Release"
  2. "Your Listing Doesn't Qualify to Use Custom Promotions"
  3. "Wait 24 Hours...Then Recheck"
  4. "It's a known issue and we're working on it?"

 

I believe CS reps have some sort of database theyreference for questions and just read from that verbatim to a Host inquiry.

 

Hopefully, it is just temporary and is being worked on.
