Hello. I’m trying to book a treehouse in north Georgia, Dahlonega, every time I go back and look at it the price is different. How could I be sure this is true Airbnb listing? Please help since our vacation is in a few days and I have to pay today. Thanks

Lots of hosts use dynamic pricing so pricing can change.
What are the previous reviews like? does the host have other properties with reviews/ how long have they been a host
What is it about the listing that makes you think the listing isn't real? @Violet327
This is how to identify a real Airbnb site: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/971
Then look at the reviews: Is it a new listing?

Hi @Violet327
As @Helen3 has mentioned, many hosts use dynamic pricing (called smart pricing on Airbnb). It sounds like the listing you want to book is in the northern hemisphere and it is probably nearing the popular summer season in that region, so I would not be surprised if the price is fluctuating due to plenty of people looking at those listings at the moment.
If you are still worried that the listing looks suspicious, perhaps you could post a link here.
Thanks
