Is this Libel?

Steve made a reservation for one person. He stated in messages that he is in Baltimore (but not before check-in date and time) and he gave access codes to a third party, he claims was his wife. I was never made aware that his plans had changed and he would not be physically present during check-in and airbnb does not allow third party check-ins since about 2 years ago. I never did give, nor would I give permission to allow someone else to checkin for him as Host protection WILL DENY A CLAIM if a host allows a non-member of airbnb on premises if anything were to happen (hope you are all aware of this fine print). This is also in our house rules as well as article 427, https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/427

Airbnb agreed with me regarding his ridiculous mold complaint (small portion of the shower basin had permanent discoloration and was repaired same day, within two hours of the initial message) to try to circumvent the cancellation policy. In his "honest review" he stated that i placed a hidden camera in a Lego Chima alarm clock (lego is our decor), claimed the sheets were damp (indoor humidity was between 57-62% - i have a time stamped graph saved from my flair thermostat) and claimed the mold was all over the house on walls and ceiling of the entire bathroom (yet no photos of such provided as proof to me or airbnb). Steve didnt care the issue was resolved, even though he wasnt even there, cancelled and wanted a refund.

I never committed to providing a refund and immediately reported Steve to airbnb as soon as i found out a third party was let in on premises without the booker present and let airbnb investigate.

Steve also made threats that unless i refund him he will leave me an "honest" review "reflecting his experience", which is also in the message thread.

Attached is his review and a crop of his reservation details. He never checked in, nor entered the premises, so there is no "We", just his unauthorized guest.
