We always recommend to Hosts to keep all communication on the Airbnb app. Here is an article that may be helpful to you:

Off-platform activity: Hosts and guests must not communicate, share personal contact information, pay or request payment for a reservation or experience outside of Airbnb’s platform.

I got a nearly word-for-word identical message:

"I really like the decoration style of your house. I am going on a business trip and would like to rent it for a long time. Since it involves a long-term lease, I would like to discuss some house details and reservation matters with you. I hope you can find me and we can discuss the house in detail. After understanding clearly, I will return to Airbnb to make a reservation immediately. Country code + 1 Area code (xxx) Middle part - xxxEnding xxxx Looking forward to your communication, thank you"

I obscured the phone number they sent in case it's legit. Feels sketch.

Yes...it's a scam. 

They will eventually try to get you to communicate off-platform or ask for a video of the property.

You can flag the message and they will not be able to contact you further. See this post on how to deal with these types of inquiries:
