Issues reported regarding retaliatory review and CC rep called from Kenya

Hi,

This is extremely surprising, i have been following up on the issue i had reported, now suddenly, someone from Airbnb called from Kenya, from a private number. 
am worried whether this is a scam or do we have Customer Rep team based in Kenya who take care of escalations?

Did you take down the number that was used to call you?  This may be totally unrelated but there is a post here  on the CC with reports of CS calls and a scam so thought you should read it just in case
