Please can anyone help me. I am trying to restrict check in's to a Saturday during a set time. This is when I have a few weeks in summer holidays when we have a minimum of 7 night bookings. If I can do this I can maximise occupancy without annoying gaps between bookings. Just can fathom it out despite prof tools . Maybe it isn't possible but I am sure it is something I done in the past.
Yes, you can do this by turning on Professional Tools in your account and applying a rule set to the specific dates. Here is a Guide on how to do that:
How to Use Professional Tools & Rule Sets
@Jackie1059 , So using Pro tools once in Calendar you select your dates, create a new season then set your rules including ticking the day you allow check in and out: sounds like you want to do same day Sat turnovers in Summer? I like to use different colours so that helps when one seasons ends and you know pricing and other terms are likely to change too. save. Finally, logout and go in cognito to Airbnb public site, find your listing and double check the settings all work.
There is an option in your settings to set a day of the week you do not accept start of reservation
But doubt you can do it on a set time period...it would be for the entire calendar
Yes brother
Hi @Jackie1059,
Joan, Frances and Peg shared some pointers with you, did you get a chance to try them out? I know you were aware of professional tools already, however perhaps the tips and resources here will help you set this up successfully.
Let us know how you get on, or if you have more questions please. 🙂
Thanks,
Emilie
