Hi! We have a had a kitchen sink leak and our guests have one more night left. Does anyone recommend what they do in this situation? Should we give any type of refund? Thanks!
How big of a leak? Can the guests still use the sink? Are you able to get the leak fixed? I would try to get the leak fixed even while they are still there and would offer a courtesy refund. Airbnb typically offers a 30% discount off the nightly rate for every day the amenity is not available or only partially available to the guest.

@Emilie I talked with the guests and they were not upset at all...I offered to extend their check out time today because I was able to. They were happy with that
