January and February Bookings

Checking to see how bookings are coming in for January and February. 

I opened my Airbnb in February of 2024 and bookings have been coming in fairly decent and generally 1 to 2 months in advance. 

As of 12-5-24 I have not had one booking come in for January and February of 2025 Just checking to see if it's me or bookings are slow.

I see your listing is in New York, so Jan/Feb is winter for you. Is winter the off season in the area where you're located? If so, off-season bookings can have a tendency to be much more last-minute. Guests assume there will be availability at a reasonable price, so they don't commit early on. You can get booked out for the off-season, but you have to be more patient and (if still unbooked very close to the dates) more creative (promotions, etc.).

Yes, we are out of season but I was wondering  how other Airbnb's  in the Chautauqua County area are going.
