Lack of Information from booking

Have been hosting for over three years now through an agency and when I get a booking, All I receive is the lead guests name !!!

NO Address from where they are coming from !

NO Names of other guests staying !

So basically looking on the dark side if something happened with my holiday rental (a fire) and I was asked who was staying….  I would not have a clue of all the peoples names… how bad is that !

Would love to know if this is the case for every host ??

@A213 This is the same for all hosts except those in some countries where the host is required to know the names of all people staying with them. You can, I think, make it a rule that guests provide additional information but you then have to store it legally which isn't easy in Europe - no idea about the USA.
