I'm going to tread very carefully here with a helpful response.
First, discrimination could include "Sex, creed, race, sexual orientation, religion" , ..... with that in mind, if you were to deny a group based upon their sex, that could technically be construed as discrimination. however, perhaps you could adjust the rules of your booking to not include such a large group? and possibly, based upon this experience that you have had, perhaps you could stipulate in your listing, something like" SPECIAL NOTE: In this household, mutual respect is imperative. Loud parties will constitute in violation of house rules, and such violations may result in immediate termination of reservation". most guests will be respectful and not cause a commotion or violation of House rules. however, there are those few that pretty much do what they want, with disregard of the rules. such violations should be reported immediately to Airbnb support after initially discussing with your guests, and asking them to adhere to the house rules. I know that no host wants to receive a bad review from their guest (s), however, it is important that guests respect the house rules that you have set, and being proactive with Airbnb support if the guests continue to violate your house rules, helps mediate bad reviews and can actually work in your favor. don't think that you are being difficult or hard on your guests, because of the fact that you have already indicated to your guests what the house rules are and have clearly outlined your house rules, the fact that your guests continue to disregard your house rules indicates lack of respect for the reservation and also your household. it is important to find a medium which will work for both yourself and your guests, in order to maintain a peaceful reservation. I would not be afraid to contact Airbnb support and a prize them of the situation if your guests continue to disregard your house rules. putting myself in your position, I have not experienced that, however, I myself would do exactly what I am suggesting to you, if I had a number of guests staying with me who completely disregarded my house rules. the house rules are there not only for the safety and security of your home, and the sanctity and peace of your home, but also, for your guests as well. adhering to House rules is very important, because it keeps order in the household and keeps the reservation safe.
