Laundry abuse by someone not on the reservation

Laundry abuse by someone not on the reservation

I rented to a man and his "fiance" they have been there for 3 days on a 7 day stay. The first night they let someone stay overnight. Rules clearly state no extra guests ( I charge $20 per person extra per night if they do). He reassured me he would follow the rules which say no one not on the reservation stays without letting me know first. (Too many people abusing the amount of folks on the listing before). This is not a flop house, it is my home I rent out when I am not there.

Now I see the fiance  had someone not on the reservation come over with 2 full garbage bags full of laundry and used my washer/dryer facilities to do their laundry. Not happy with this at all and it is abuse. Electricity, washing liquid, etc. I know all of this as I get a notification when there is someone at the front door from the ring camera. I also have security cameras in the back yard so I saw all this laundry going on. I heard this laundry person as she was leaving the front door "do you take apple pay" and I am thinking did she just charge someone to do laundry at my house? UGHHHHHH

What do I do without getting a bad review by requesting additional monies and letting them know this is not acceptable????

Send the ring videos to Airbnb host support, cancel reservation, and evict them out for trespassing (once reservation is canceled they are trespassing).. There is a thing called Hamper now that is a “gig” job doing laundry. They are obviously doing this out of your house.

I also had a guest “sneak” an undisclosed overnight guest in first night ant 2am, and invited locals over to do laundry. She also clogged the sewer pipe, left without telling me sewage was backing up in the bathtub, and left a 1 star retaliatory review.

hindsight is 20/20, but I should have canceled her reservation the first night when she snuck the undisclosed guest in at 2am.

@Jennifer73 Its one guest that will lose you some money. Review them honestly and then move on. The vast majority of guests are good.
