I’ve tried and tried to do everything to stay w airbnb and do right… May 19 I had a booking in Tampa w a beautiful listing on the app.. I’ve always had no problem w airbnb spending thousands .. well upon arrival the parking garage men were doing drugs, rash 7ft high rats the size of cats .. started messaging Host walkway had god feces … get to this new luxury apt what’s listed the smell of chemical n mold mad your eyes burn I could breath active roaches gum stuck to wall the bedroom carpet had huge black spots of mold walls active mold my nose starts bleeding all they do is call in the supervisor for cleaning he apologized and never been there.. I have all pics documented .. literally at walgreen pharm actively tried cleaning my nose then I’m left in 105 degrees until early morning sat .. having to pay for an Uber to go 45 min expensive after paying room 3 night now down to 2. I have to pay more and they give air credit great.. get home sick still go to urgent care.. contracted a bacterial infection in my nose from the mold exposure getting 2 shot in my tail and 10 days antibiotics paying 2150. For that then Airbnb decides I’m right they are held in not being up to standards with Airbnb .. yet still listed today! Meanwhile, I was refunded the money on the 22nd.. for room the 23rd they retake money putting my acct almost 700. In negative bc I scheduled a bill when money came back and my rent money was used to pay dr… I got suspended without pay bc airbnb has not straightened it out and couldn’t pay to work.. then Friday last week ok I need this handled my power will be disconnect ok send in an email from bank we will fix this tonight took 2 hours to get email sent nothing lights out .. we are in a heat adivsory yet we literally slept outside for 4 days n nights my child rushed to er 3 times from seizure and dehydration me once again bc infection spreading and dehydration lost all my food .. the payout issued never recieved the first only recieved second .. as of today 1407 employees talked too all names dates times no supervisor has called my daughter is in the hospital and im sick as a dog and nothing but empty promises and the run around.. I can’t go home til power is on I don’t live on the system but I’ve even reached out to them for help and no funds available.. this is inhumane and literally a huge lawsuit airbnb doesn’t care
