Long-Term Stay: Firm

Hi,

I have a renter coming in on July 1 for six weeks.  Since this is considered a long term stay, I noticed the cancellation policy term changed to:

Long-Term Stay: Firm

If this renter cancels between June 1 and July 1, what does the renter pay?

Thanks for any info on this new cancellation policy.

Lisa

Hi @Lisa6669 👋

It's been a while since you posted and I'm wondering whether you managed to get a resolution to your question or if @Joelle43's answer supported you?

If so, it's always a lovely gesture to mark it as the best answer. It's like a big virtual hug to the member who supported you but also to support other Hosts who may have similar questions in the future. 😊

This isn't a new policy @Lisa6669 @it's been around for the nine years I've been hosting. The guest will always pay a minimum one month cancellation fee if they cancel at any point.
