Long term reservation

I get people every once in a while trying to reserve my property for 30 or more days. It’s with broken English and doesn’t sound very good so I assume most of them are just spam or up to no good. What are your experiences?

I would never accept a long stay just on the basis of good previous reviews . It's always important to ask vetting questions before making a decision.

I didn’t accept it. They didn’t have any reviews and just joined this year. That was a great suggestion.

You'll find this is a common scam and usually targets new Hosts. Here is an excellent post from @Dave-and-Deb0 regarding this:
