Longer stays

We got our first long stay booking of 25 nights from a vet nurse on a rotation. We are stoked and nervous. We’ve not had a guest stay for longer than 3 nights (new to Airbnb). Can you please give me advice on cleaning, what to provide, what am I obligated to provide? Appreciate any tips, advice.

@Margie-And-Rube0 we would offer to change the beds every 7-10 days so that a) the sheets don't get damaged and b) we can keep an eye on the place. Some guests like to be there when we change the linen, others prefer to be out.

Re provisions the more you supply the higher the chances your place will be kept clean.

Hi there.
I would offer a cleaning service in the middle of their stay. You could leave a new set of sheets on the bed, in case they would like to change their sheets, themselves. Offer extra toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, coffee etc… You can have some cleaning supplies for them to use, located in a marked cabinet.
