I’m hoping to gather some real-world insights from fellow San Diego hosts. We’ve been running a detached studio for about 6 years now, and it’s been steady. We’re now considering listing our front house (a 2 bed / 2 bath) as well, but before moving forward, we want to make sure the numbers add up.
Would anyone with a 2BR/2BA property in San Diego (not at the beach) be willing to share:
Your average occupancy rate
Any standout amenities you offer
Your average monthly income
I know this is personal info, but it’s so tough to find accurate data online. Many of the analysis sites have our property type way off. First-hand experiences would be incredibly helpful as we plan our next step.
