Easy. Go to the Airbnb local community Facebook group in Lisbon and you will find exactly what you need. You will find experienced co hosts and hosts in Lisbon. I know some of them and they are wonderful and trustworthy people.

If you want a cohost I would recommend you use the Airbnb cohost database where you can find Airbnb approved cohosts with high ratings where you can check out listings  they manage 

Although Kinga claims to be an experienced cohost-  there are no listings attached to her profile.
