Making a Note on a booking from app?? New update not working for notes on app

How can you add notes to a booking or blocked nights from the app with the new update?  

The only workaround is if You can open the airbnb website (from a computer), go to the long calender vew across the top, scroll to the dates, select them, then add a note (bottom right of screen). 

BUT.. you cannot do this from the standard calendar view or from the App??  Will this change, Am i missing something????  Very frustrating.

Currently you cannot add notes to anything but an actual reservation.

The workaround is to turn on Professional Hosting Tools and use the multicalendar to add the notes. You cannot access the multicalendar from the App...only a desktop computer.

I got the impression this is one of the issues that they are looking to solve - I don't think it was intentional. Fingers crossed.

Nope, doesn't work on my desktop computer calendar .... try using VRBO, much more user friendly. Airbnb has gone to rubbish, and is difficult to synchronise with VRBO. Airbnb  has useless customer service and my bookings have dropped significantly since the web upgrade, Interestingly now most of my bookings now come through VRBO and have recently has increased !

You can add a note now to blocked dates on now on your phone. If you want to add a note on your phone to an open date, just block it, add your note, then don't forget to unblock it.

Past date notes on blocked or open nights can only be viewed on the multicalendar on a desktop computer. Reservation notes will stay with the reservation details and are visible on past dates.
