Messaging previous guests

Please can you let me know if it is acceptable to message prior guests who mentioned they would like to return in guest comments? Is this something that is done by other hosts and do you offer incentives? Thank you

Hi @Kirsty219 - This is very strategic thinking. I like the approach.

Yes , you can message previous guests. You can talk about any discounts or any new amenities of offerings you are providing at your listing. ( Obviously within Airbnb guidelines).
