My Guests fight in the villa using knife

Hi, I need help, if someone know what to do in this case.

We just start to operate in Dubai. And in one of our villa Chinese guests fight between each others using knife. And they hurt each others. 

Police  took them to the police station to investigate how it happened. 

check-out will be 22nd.

All them stuff inside the villa. And police block the property for investigation. 

The one who booked the villa sent message through airbnb that she left and will not stay longer. And her friends will pay for all.

So what should I do with all this?

@DandM-Signature0  put in a call to ABB and let them know what is happening. Guests will not stay places where they do not feel safe. ABB may be able to help that guest cancel their booking without penalty to you.

But this is guests made the problems. How come cancel without penalty. They are in police now. I cannot contact them

you need to

a) call Airbnb tell them what has happened

b) contact the guest who booked and confirm any liability for damage to the property and lost income will be down to her not the people she let join her and cause your listing to be subject to a police investigation. 

Tell her she needs to arrange to have their possessions packed up and removed by 22 November and arrange it so you or your representative are there while she re-enters the building.

Make sure you change the key code/locks.

@DandM-Signature0  In the future, you need to monitor what is going on at your property. If someone has more people staying in the unit than they were approved to book for, you should be aware of that, either by the use of cameras, and/or by your staff or neighbors being asked to notify you immediately if they see such things going on, and you boot them out.
