My add disappear

All of suddenly, my add disapaeared from the add listing with no reason whatsoever. I did nothing.

Up to yesterday I was having consulting, including booking some days. From yesterday on, I can’t find my add in the listing and my wife can’t either.

Customer Services said it is there, but even when I search the map my property is not in the street, which I know very well.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?

I am lost and angry!!

Hi @Ricardo1961 does your listing status show as 'Listed' or did you try unlisting/relisting it? If your Airbnb listing has disappeared from search results, there could be several potential reasons for this issue such as there may be an issue with your Airbnb account or the specific listing or violation of Airbnb's hosting policies, such as unauthorized parties, or safety concerns that can lead to a listing being removed or suspended. You may try using an incognito when you search your listing and see if it'll show up. Otherwise, you may ask Airbnb CS if there're any restrictions on your account. Hope this helps!

Hi @Alicia753 . Thank you for your reply. The add status is “available” or listed, but it seems it’s not true. My wife and my son, using their celular phone, working as incognit guests, tried to find my add, using correct parameters, but they did not succeed either. Even looking in the Map, by visualizing the street where my property supposedly should be, me property is not there!!

something very odd happened from the before yesterday, because I was impressed with the number of consults from people interested for my property. All of suddenly, everything stoped. When I try do search for my add in the site I couldn’t find it anymore. Before that I could.

Very strange and worse of all, Airbnb representatives semeed not care about this severe problem I am facing.

Look, I have invested some amount of money and time to take advantage from this high season we are now. I was excited because I was having consultants interested in my property and now, from nothing, all the efforts I have done were for nothing, since without the add, nobody will see it and therefore will not chose my property. So unfair!!!

I have followed all the tips, watched a lot of videos in order to learn how to be a great host.. I tiered on Airbnb as a serious and compromised platform.

Finally, I exchange messages with three or four reprentatives both written and talked. They don’t be leave me or they are not able to fix the problem.

My hope now lies on you, Alicia!

by the way as you have an STR investment never rely on a single marketing channel such as Airbnb - list on all relevant STR channels and consider taking direct bookings .

Less worse.
