My property is showing un-bookable 4 months in advance despite me opening up my calendar for the 2026 year. How do I fix this?

I am currently unable to receive bookings past April for my properties in airbnb. I have checked with my PMS (Ownerrez) and cannot see any blocks on my property, or anything that should be limiting booking. When I go into the dates on my calendar in the airbnb website, the dates are scratched and greyed out displaying an error message to me that reads "Blocked by you - Edit availability in your property management software"

 

Based on troubleshooting suggestions from airbnb, I went into the settings for my property and went to Property Management Software, I found that Ownerrez had not been selected to manage the property so I set it up to be managed by the PMS (Ownerrez).

 

This was supposed to sync back up with Ownerezz and open the calendar but I am still getting the same error message from airbnb of the dates being "blocked by you". Neither Ownerrez, nor airbnb support has been helpful in solving this issue so I am turning to the crowds.

When did you add OwnerRez as a channel manager to your Airbnb account?

 

You have 76 listings....did you have a different PMS/Channel manager before using OwnerRez?

 

Is this happening on all your listings? If not, please post the URL of the listing involved.
