A guest has been found guilty of violating an Airbnb policy and has been flagged for that violation. Can that guest post a bad review about you after they have been found guilty?

Airbnb did remove the review, it was posted after Airbnb had flagged the guest for violating a Airbnb policy. The guest review was determined to be retaliatory.
Hello Daniel,
Yes, a guest who has been flagged for violating Airbnb policies can still post a review, unless Airbnb decides to block or remove the review based on their review guidelines. Typically, reviews can only be removed if they violate Airbnb's content policy, such as including prohibited content or not reflecting the author's personal experience.
If you receive a review that you believe is unfair or violates Airbnb's content policies, you can report it to Airbnb and request a review. They will assess the situation and decide if the review should be removed. Additionally, you always have the opportunity to respond to any review, allowing you to clarify your side of the story or address any concerns raised by the guest.
You may also visit the article for review dispute and content policy so in case the guest leave a negative reviews, you can request to remove it based on the policy provided:

I hope this helps.
All the best,
