Every time I attempt to look at a listing, I get this error: Network error (connection): NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.
This has been happening for months. Using Firefox web browser.
@Bryce125 It feels like an issue at your end. Have you cleared the cache and also tried the well known fix of fully powering down the computer?
Both have been done many times. Interesting how you think this is an issue on my end.
@Bryce125 only because if it was a broader issue surely Airbnb would fix it. Have you tried a different browser and/or the app?
I've read forums where this issue has been happening for years. You have too much faith in Airbnb's developers..... I am able to open listings in a private tab and also in the app. That doesn't change the issue I am having. I want to be able to review listings on my PC while logged into the airbnb webiste (not private). I'm just asking for the website to work as intended, that doesn't seem like too much to ask.
Hi @Bryce125 ,
As Mike mentioned, it usually happens due to cache/cookies or network issues.
As you mentioned that you have already tried everything, will you be able to share some screenshots and tell us which browser/device you are using to make a booking.
With this information, I will be able to reach out to technical team for assistance.
Firefox version: 114.0.2 (64-bit)
I'm using a Windows PC with Windows 10 64bit.
My PC is connected to the internet via Ethernet.
