Air B and B have refunded close to $1500 to a credit card that is no longer even open and then will not even send me my own money back.
They continue to Close cases over and over again and just hope that I will go away.
THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF ANY COMPANY.
They tell me to contact my bank and then when I contact the bank they say that the payment has declined and that they will not receive the money as the account was closed a month ago!
They then just close the case.
