Never have I ever had such a NEGATIVE Experience with a company in my life

Air B and B have refunded close to $1500 to a credit card that is no longer even open and then will not even send me my own money back. 

They continue to Close cases over and over again and just hope that I will go away. 

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF ANY COMPANY. 

They tell me to contact my bank and then when I contact the bank they say that the payment has declined and that they will not receive the money as the account was closed a month ago!

They then just close the case.

Yes...this is unfortunate, as Airbnb's automated systems will continue try to send money via the original payment method, even if the account is closed. Many have had this same experience with a closed account.

 

You will need to add another payment method to your account (delete the old one if you haven't already) and then direct Airbnb to pay that account instead, as the bank or CC company will not accept funds in a closed account.
