So, personally I feel this subject is NOT yet solved for the community asking for a valid response and date of reactivation.

This creates an unfair advantage for a segment of the community. Everyone should have equal opportunities to offer their services and compete on a level playing field. The failure to allow new community members to publish experiences negatively impacts those excluded from participation.

@Zor0 It beggars belief that Airbnb has been silent on this subject for so long. The few comments the moderators have been fed are entirely useless. Perhaps someone should look into creating an app that offers experiences around the world - There is clearly a market that Airbnb, for whatever reason, cannot satisfy.
