Typically you are the host of the property you live in or the one you own elsewhere.

If you want to be a co-host for another host, then look on social media (like facebook groups) in your region.

If you are thinking of subletting property you don't own, I believe that's referred to as arbitrage. YouTube has videos by Sean Rakidzich (last name spelling might be a bit off but close enough you'll recognize) who apparently does that a lot so that is one way to start your research. But make sure you see recent videos on that subject as the times have certainly changed post-covid.
