Hello everyone I’m new to airbnb I just joined and I got my first couple bookings I just had a guest checkout today and they were very happy with their stay however they didn’t leave a review and as a new comer I appreciate any review to better grow and build my reputation on airbnb. Any tips on what I tell guests to do for them to leave a review ?

The guest has 14 days to review you - many people don't get around to it on the first day. The best thing you can do for now, is to review the guest. They will receive an automated message that you have reviewed them, and that they can read your review as soon as they publish theirs.
