New to hosting

I just recently got booked by a local that seems under age. Any recommendations ?

in Italy we are not allowed to host minors under 18 unless they are accompanied, I don't know if this also applies to the USA but I would be very careful

Unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to the USA. But thank you for the advice.

@The-Right-Away0   If you are concerned, cancel the booking or ask the guest to provide a picture of their ID. 

If you are near your rental property or have a co-host or cleaner who can be onsite, ask the guest at what time they will be arriving so that you can greet them at the door...

This usually scares them off.

Have you asked them why they want to stay as they live locally?
