@Munish7 Welcome to hosting.

I reviewed your three listings, and this is what I would recommend

-Add more descriptions to your listing. Your listing is your place to highlight the property and what it offers to potential guests. You can touch on the location (what it is close too), amenities (spacious backyard, fully functioning kitchen, etc) and any other attributes you find appealing. At present you only have a couple sentences. If I were a potential guest this would likely lead me to book something else, as I would feel a bit skeptical to rent a place with little to no information

-Add more photos to your listings: You have three properties (one full home and two rooms in a shared home) The only thing the photos display in all three listings are basically a backyard and a bedroom. You should add additional photos to accurately display the property, especially for the full home rental. You should showcase each space the guest will have access too.  This can include the bedroom(s), bathroom(s), the kitchen (if applicable), living/sitting area and backyard or outdoor spaces. I would also recommend adding brief descriptions to each photo. For example, on the bedroom photo you can state "comfortable queen-sized bed perfect for a good night's sleep."

-Offer a discount for the first few bookings. Since you are brand new to hosting with no reviews, sometimes offering an introductory discount helps generate more interest. Once you have a few reviews you listing might appear higher in the search and also generate more intrest

Hi @Munish7

Welcome to the community! How were your bookings before 3 months ago? Did you check listings near you to see if they were perhaps also quiet at this time?

In addition to @Jennifer1897's advice, I also wanted to recommend asking the Community for a listing critique. Getting feedback from fellow Hosts can be incredibly helpful in finding ways to improve your listing and attract more bookings. You can learn more about how to request a listing critique by clicking here👈

Hope this helps. 😊
