I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.. I have made 4 Phone Calls to AIRBNB Host Support regarding a Payment of €745 they have not paid me some 8 Days Ago.. All i get is replies an Engineer is looking in to the Technical Issue.
Meanwhile I remain UNPAID and no commitment from any of the AIRBNB Support people when i will.
I also wrote to the CEO to see if he thinks this is Acceptable to SUPERHOSTS
This is happening to me at the moment. And I am getting the same vague answer - a tech problem that they're working on. A problem that is not my problem. Airbnb can easily make the payment to me - host should not have to wait for a tech development to cure their default on payment. Superhost help is being predictably useless. Each agent gives a different answer. I even got the old "the delay is due to your bank line". A toxic culture of buck passing that is fed from the top - our new CEO bro who has already proven his lack of integrity.
I presume their default has been solved at this stage? How long did it take? And any advice on how to expedite a solution?
