Is there some way to calculate our occupancy %? Does AirBnB do this somewhere?

Yes...you need to turn on Professional Tools under Account Settings to view Performance Information including Occupancy Rates as @Rebecca mentioned.

 

Turn On Professional Hosting Tools

Then Go to:

Menu

Insights

What a great question @Tj34! I had a quick look on the Help Center to see if I could find anything related to occupancy and I found this article that might help - How do I read my performance data for occupancy and rates?
