Hallo in die Runde, ich bin komplett neu bei Airbnb und weiß nicht, ob ich hier richtig in der Community bin. Gerade befinden sich die ersten Mieter in meiner Wohnung. Habe ich es richtig verstanden, dass Airbnb die MwSt. ans Kölner Finanzamt abführen wird? Die in meiner Steuerrechnung angegebene Servicgebühr ist inkl. MwSt. ausgewiesen und wurde vom Bruttobetrag abgezogen; habe sie also nicht erhalten. Muss ich bzgl. MwSt. noch etwas unternehmen? Vielen Dank schonmal vorab und viele Grüße, Myrjam
