Hi, I am a new host here. May i know when we will get our host pay out ? as it says that after guest check in only we can get our pay out. So, as a property manager/agent, I need to make the payment to property before guest check in. Please share your experience

If you’re a brand-new host (fewer than two completed stays) and haven’t verified your listing location yet, Airbnb may delay your first payout up to about 28-30 days after check-in as part of its risk-review process. After that first payout clears and you’ve completed more stays, future payouts follow the standard schedule (usually 24 hours after check-in).
You can always see the status of your payouts in the Airbnb earnings dashboard in your host app or on the website.

Hi @Nuril-Sezhan0,
Congratulations on starting out as a host, and with so many listings straight away! 😃 Have you had your first booking yet or is that something to look forward to?
Patricia has shared some useful information on how payouts work on Airbnb, however it would be great to know if you have more questions.
Let us know how you get on!

Hi, @Emilie . Thanks for responding. I have received some booking earlier, which I have delisted. The revenue around $60,000 for 10 days listed. I manage 1 villa St Barthelemy. Unfortunately the party that give me the job as a property manager didn't pay my commission, so I delisted.
As for my new listing mostly in Bali. Yes I do received booking inquiry coming for groups but unfortunately the room are not available for that dates booked. I am new to Airbnb but not new in property management and selling hotel rooms. Right now I am considering which property I should list on Airbnb. I have 350 property in my contract agreement. However, the payout policy is something that I need to reconsider. Because mostly my listing are for large group, so it involved big money ☺️.
