You'd have to give Airbnb a call @Khaknazar0 we are a community of hosts and guests so can't help with payment issues I'm afraid .

As @Helen3 said, it sounds like you may need to reach out to the Support Team. 

Hopefully, they'll be able to sort your payment issue out for you.
