Airbnb may hold payouts if:

• Identity verification or tax information is incomplete.
• Banking details need revalidation (especially after an update or new account setup).

Check your Account → Payments & payouts → Payout methods

and make sure your name and address exactly match the information on your bank account.

If all the above are verified and payouts are still not being received contact Airbnb Customer Support.

• Go to Help → Contact Us → Payments & payouts → Payout not received.
