I have someone in my house from Airbnb but there is no money in my account and it looks like the renter hasn't paid anything. I thought renters pay upfront?
How do I get my money?

Guests pay upfront to Airbnb.
Did you check your transaction history page on Airbnb ?

Double-check your payout method to ensure it’s fully set up and verified. You can also tap Earnings to view your payout schedule it will show if your payout is Scheduled, On Hold, or Pending. If you see that it’s marked as On Hold, reach out to Airbnb Support right away so they can explain the issue and help you resolve it.

I have tried to get airbnb support but it sends me to memebers like you. How could I actually speak to someone at Airbnb?
FYI my payout method is set and it shows a payment for like the last day of December but the renter has been in since 12-1. I want to get the money now. What if they just decide to leave and not pay?

Did you accept a last minute booking - if so sometimes payments don't go through.
if Airbnb has notified you the payment hasn't gone through - then you should go to the listing and evict the guest.
