@Jill1596  PriceLabs might be worth looking into as they can provide information on other vacation rentals listed on Airbnb. Pretty sure that they offer a trial period. They can’t scrape data from direct bookings though.

A cheaper option is peer at your competition on Airbnb’s platform. Pick some appropriate winter dates for weekend or weeks in Wauwatosa and beyond and see which vacation rentals are available (plus their pricing) that have similar number of bedrooms and bathrooms as your property. Amenities too.
