If you have room you could include a Murphy bed and increase the rates. In the listing settings host can charge per guest over a set number. For example, if you have two guest included in the nightly rate, you could allow up to 4 and add fee to 3rd and 4th.
I did have a pull out sleeper for most of my first year.
There are pros and cons, as you would imagine.
Pros:
Can help keep listing booked.
Can charge more per extra guest.
Cons:
More cleaning. Extra bedding mostly.
More people. Group dynamic. More chance for noise issues.
More kids. (some host don't like them)
More prone to want to cook greasy food like hamburgers.
Well you get the idea. It really depends on the listing. Two of my guest bent the frame to the pull out sleeper. I also just like to keep things simple, and stress free for me, so offer a good deal for one or two people. I did like some of the families but only did it for about a year. Mine was smaller than yours, so decided its best for one or two people.
