Problems with a claim.

Hello, I had a weird thing happen when I made a claim against a guest who damaged property in the accommodation this November.

The resolutions worker initiated another claim for a guest who is not staying here until next September 2026.

 It floored me. I did not make the claim. 

 

The Air b n b resolutions person has made the process of making the November claim extremely difficult and onerous.

 

I am 10 years a super host. I haven't made a claim against a guest in 2 years. This one is only $300.00  

 

I have called in at least 6 times and cant get an answer for why the guest who hasn't been here, had a claim made against her by me????

 

My Air b n b resolutions person just sent me through the air b n b thread that I must be very disappointed that her claim was with drawn. How could I be disappointed in something I didn't start???

He is acting with impunity. No one will help me at Air b n b.

 

Am I missing something? Has it gotten so much harder to make a claim ???

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
