Really unhappy with Air cover

I been booking my two properties in airbnb for SEVERAL years, they made a lot of money out of my busness

And we have hardly had incidents...

 

But a guest broke a door and I requested the cost of repair to airbnb Aircover

 

I follow all the instructions they give me, to get the refund
I give a quote and for no reason they tell me that it is not valid, then I give another quote from another company and they answer me after several days saying that it is not valid either and that, as more than 30 days have passed, I can no longer claim the money

 

The only reason was: the budget is not valid because the company is not valid. 

so you could provide a list of accepted companys ... etc


If, as you say, the budgets are not valid, why do they not pay me the amount that you estimate or send your carpenter to fix the damage?

 

As soon as the summer passes I plan to remove my properties from Airbnb!!

I have the same type of experience as you, Aircover for hosts seems to be a scam more then anything else.
