Red flags with new booking
Hello. I'm new to hosting, though have been a guest for several years. Within 3 days of putting my listing live, I received a booking enquiry from someone who says they work for a well-known global company, wanting to stay for two weeks as part of a business trip. I don't allow working from home, so I asked them to confirm the address of the office they would be working from. They've given me the address of a 'WeWork' shared office space, even though the company they say they work for has a large office of their own.
The guest has been on Airbnb for 6 years but only has 1 review. I'm hosting in Lonodn, so there are plenty of hotels available, which makes me suspicious of why someone would want to stay at my home for a business trip.
How would you proceed?

@Philip3218 I cannot see any' red flags ' in particular here Philip. what makes you assume those who work do not want Airbnbs . Those who work are generally out during the day and often people do not want to be in a hotel . After you have the guests phone number , call have a chat . Your first guest . Lovely... H

Your 'do not allow working from home' restriction perhaps flies in the face of offering a private place with an extraordinary 'Fast wifi – 135 Mbps' internet in today's world.
