Repeat guest who continue to throw parties

Repeat guest who continue to throw parties, which is against house rules. The guest will have different people book the house for different one night stays. How can I stop this from happening?

@Vaudine0 either switch off instant book and reject bookings from locals OR make your minimum stay longer than 1 night.
