I have cancelled my reservation on airbnb because I made a mistake on the number of the quests and after the cancellation they only refunded 23.56 out of 731 euros.

You are allowed to cancel penalty free within the first 24 hours (if 14 days or more before your stay) if you made a mistake and booked a listing which wasn't suitable.  @Clifford80 

Outside of this any cancellation will be in line with the cancellation policy you booked under ...when you went to cancel it would have told you twice as you went through the cancellation process how much you would lose if you cancelled .

I just read the cancellation policy there and it's no refundable for 30 night. But i cancelled it immediately I booked. And they only refunded 23  of 731 euros

It probably was een booking for 28 nights or more and the check-in date was within 28 days ? Then there is no free cancellation time period, you only are refunded the taxes.

You can could ask the host if he/she is willing to refund some more.
