Reservation Payment by Airbnb Superhost coupon was declined

Hi, i have received superhost coupon from airbnb, trieng to make payment for my airbnb reservation from last two days with app and browser but error pops up saying Airbnb Bank decliened payment, contact them. i informed airbnb support but they are also not able to resolve yet. does anyone else facing this issue? i need to resolve this immediatley otherwise i cant use coupon amount, thanks
